11. All our material are original and not repaired we are giving guarantee on that.
12. We have warehouse in multiple cities but product viewing is not possible.
13. All products will be dispatched within 48 hours once we get payment confirmation.
14. We do not cover installation or fitting charges on any products.
15. We are not liable for any kind of software licensing unless you have paid for it.

18. All complaint can be solved by calling 0281-2459008 number with valid purchase proof.
19. All Payment of refund should be done after we receive our faulty product and necessary checksum done and within week time.
20. Local Pickup is available between office working hours.
21. We are not repsonsible for courier delays in sales or sales return products.
22. Dealer warranty replacement product can be replace by sending to our main branch (Rajkot)
23. Return courier charge in product replacement covered under warranty has be bare buy the buyers only.
